During the offline visit on May 27, Professor Cui Yunhuo, Director of the ICI, warmly welcomed the two experts. He fully affirmed the advancement, leadership and professionalism of the Cambridge University Teacher Research Exchange Center (Camtree) in developing systematic teacher training materials and supporting teachers' independent research. He pointed out that Camtree already has relatively mature experience in many aspects, which is closely aligned with the research and practice of the ICI. He hopes to strengthen cooperation with Camtree in the future, learn from each other's useful experience, give full play to research synergy, and jointly promote the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers in our country.

Professor Patrick Carmichael, head of the Cambridge University Teacher Research Exchange Center (Camtree), and Dr. Ji Ying, a researcher at the center, introduced the work carried out by the center worldwide, including Camtree's existing exploration in five directions. Professor Carmicheal focused on the construction of digital infrastructure to support teacher research - Camtree Digital Library. Camtree is committed to promoting teachers' in-depth exploration of their own teaching practices, and continues to develop a global, multilingual, GenAI-supported digital library to encourage teachers to share their research results. Based on the principle of open research, the digital library transforms teachers' knowledge and experience into public resources, thereby promoting problem solving at the local, national and even global levels.
