Professor Cui Yunhuo Attended the National Conference for Directors of Key Research Institutes of Education and Psychology

Invited by Institute of Moral Education NanJing Normal University, Professor Cui Yunhuo attended the conference for directors of key research institute of humanities and social science in universities.

He Jian, director of Social Science Division of the Ministry of Education, attended the meeting and made key speeches. He noted that the current task of institutes should be serving the 2020 National Education Reform and Development Plan, and Social Science Division of the Ministry of Education would introduce new measures to manage institutes.

Director Cui Yunhuo emphasized future efforts on ICI’s characterizing and internationalization. He noted that major research areas of ICI during the 12^th five-year plan was deepening the curriculum reform, quality monitoring, teacher’s professional development, innovation in curriculum and instruction theory based on early childhood studies. While in terms of internationalization, ICI would hold more academic conferences with internationally renowned organizations and carry out cooperation with ASCD, the world's largest organization on curriculum.

The conference was welcomed by all directors. They shared their experiences and hoped to establish a sustainable mechanism for regular exchange.
