“Dream Course”, with Professor Cui Yunhuo as Its Chief Expert, Gained Highly Affirmation by Shanghai Party Secretary Yu Zhengsheng

Shanghai municipal government delegation led by Shanghai party secretary Yu Zhengsheng, investigated Xinjiang from November 10th to November 14th, 2010. During the period, they visited "dream center" established by Shanghai True Love Dream Foundation in Xinjiang Bachu, and attended a "Dream Course" class. Party secretary Yu Zhengsheng highly praised the comprehensive quality education concept embodied in "Dream Center" and "Dream Course".

"Dream Course" is the courses of comprehensive quality education for “Dream Centers” (comprehensive quality education laboratory funded by the foundation) in western poor primary and secondary schools, jointly developed by ICI and Shanghai True Love Dream Public Foundation. Professor Cui Yunhuo as chief expert of "dream course", has led his team not only established "Dream Course" concept, built the overall frame of "Dream Course", but also organized experts to develop 30 "dream courses" (20 already completed nearly). In addition, as the chief training specialist, he has also participated in "dream course leader" teachers’ training in 2008 and 2009.
