A Group of International Renowned Experts in Education Visited ICI

In 7th November 2011,a group of Internatioal experts in education visited ICI. These

experts, who are famous in educatioal evaluation and were going to attend the

conference on classroom assessment, include Director Joan L Herman and other two from

CRESST (National Centre for Research on Evaluation, Standards, & Student Testing)

American, Professor Michael Neubrand from Carl-von-Ossietzky-University German,

and a six-member team of Professor Jean Francois Chesne from DEPP (French national

Directorate of Evaluation, Prospective and Performance) France.

Director Yunhuo Cui received them and did a wide exchange with them on

promoting a world-wide cooperation on research and practice in assossiation and

evaluation field in the symposium. Both sides respectively introduced the basic

information and newest research achievements as well as experience in their interested

aspects and relative fields. After a communication about essential problems in some key

areas, the visitors came to an agreement with ICI as to how the two parts could work

together in curriculum assessment and students evaluation. The symposium also

discussed the detail of the program.

Professor Zhongjian Zhao, Professor Binyan Xu, Associate Professor Xiangdong Yang,

Dr. Zheng Ke, Dr. Xiaorui Huang and Doctor Candidate Shanyun He were assist in the

symposium.
