In 2018, 18 papers published on Global Education were full passage reprinted by "Copying Newspapers and Periodicals"—— Pedagogy and Middle and Primary School Education. Among them, 12 papers were reprinted by Pedagogy, the number of reprinting papers ranking from the sixth in 2017 to the third in 2018; and 6 papers were reprinted by Middle and Primary School Education, which ranking from the seventh in 2017 to the sixth in 2018. Set up Qualitative Research Column to Promote Academic Evaluation and Communication

Compared with international academic journals, domestic educational journals are still slightly insufficient in publishing academic reviews and criticisms. To this end, Global Education set up the “Qualitative Research” column as a pilot, and invited experts and scholars in this field to write review articles and make academic comments on this column. The comment papers will be published together with the column articles. With a view to promote healthy academic evaluation and interactive communication, the mechanism received a good academic response.

The curriculum reform, teaching reform, education system changes, education legal system reform, etc. in the last 40 years of reform and opening-up have been systematically studied.
