What kind of “new teaching plan” is needed under the background of “new curriculum”?

The classroom remains the same if new teaching plan is not created, and if the classroom remains the same, “new curriculum” is hard to be realized. Professor Cui Yunhuo made a report on “What kind of ‘new teaching plan’ is needed under the background of ‘new curriculum’?” He pointed out that the “new” of new curriculum standard lies in the core competencies and academic quality, and the “new” of new teaching lies in the large unit design and learning plan.
