"Global Education" was selected as the core journal of AMI of Chinese journals of humanities and social sciences.
On March 17, 2023, the 10th National Humanities and Social Sciences Evaluation Summit Forum and Journal Evaluation Report Conference hosted by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Evaluation was successfully held in Beijing. The conference officially released the "Comprehensive Evaluation Report of Chinese Journals of Humanities and Social Sciences AMI (2022)" and announced the evaluation results. The "Global Education" undertaken by ICI was successfully selected as a core journal!

The AMI comprehensive evaluation report of Chinese humanities and social science journals is currently one of the three main source journal catalogs in China. It has a wide range of influence and has been valued and adopted by more and more scientific research institutions in recent years. In this round of journal evaluation, the participating journals are divided into 3 major categories of humanities, social sciences, and comprehensive, 23 discipline categories, and 33 discipline subcategories for evaluation. Journals are evaluated under main indicators include attraction power, management power and impact power as well as corresponding sub-indicators. The evaluation ranges from the academic level, academic influence, peer evaluation, editing quality, information construction, and norms of journal articles.

The entire selection process was collected by the evaluation institute, recommended by peer review experts (including the advisory committee, expert committees of various disciplines, recommending experts, and reviewing experts), and self-recommendation by the editorial department. At the same time, the opinions and suggestions of some experts were adopted. Pedagogy includes a total of 163 periodicals, including 1 top periodical, 3 authoritative periodicals, 51 core periodicals, 79 extended periodicals, and 29 warehousing periodicals. In this round of evaluation, "Global Education" was successfully selected, which is a recognition of the quality of the journal.
